Fat loss has often failed despite the great promises that come with various recipes. Yet, prior to discussing ways for belly fat loss, maybe we should mention why people suffer from it in the first place. You will say that it’s sedentarism and overeating, and you are right, but only partly. Incorrect eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle are our biggest enemies, but the implications are a lot deeper when there is a chronic ailment involved or when you suffer from hormonal imbalances because of the middle age changes.

how to loss belly fat

Normally, belly fat loss is not possible with abdominal exercises, despite the common belief that sit-ups and crunches will work wonders. In general terms, fat does not accumulate only around the waist but on the arms, the buttocks, the legs and the internal organs too. In other words, belly fat is just another aspect of overweight. Now, efficient belly fat loss comes from a holistic approach to overweight, which means that your entire body has to undergo physical changes.

Combine diet with physical activity

When we say diet, we actually refer to natural eating. If you only eat salads, fruit, wholegrain cereal, skimmed dairy products, fish and chicken, you should not have problems with overweight. Drink plenty of water, fresh fruit juice and tea. Harsh diets are out of the question, because they do not supply the body with all the energy it needs.
